Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. The ₹9 unlock and the ₹39 week pass are one-time payments and don't renew.

Refunds

• New plan: full refund within 7 days of payment, if you've used less than 10 minutes of transcription.
• ₹9 unlock: full refund if your export failed and we couldn't fix it.
• ₹39 week pass: full refund within 24 hours, if you haven't used it.
• Our mistake or a double payment: always refunded in full.

A part of a period that has already started is not refunded otherwise.

How to get a refund

Email support@captionkit.in with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
